The Bridge Academy GCSEs 2025: exceptional GCSE and vocational results

The Bridge Academy GCSEs 2025: Students at the Lichfield school, part of the respected Arthur Terry Learning Partnership (ATLP), are celebrating their achievements today after receiving some outstanding GCSE and vocational results.

This year’s outcomes highlight the success and engagement of the Lichfield school’s talented students across a broad range of subjects.

English results reflected hard work and commitment, with students achieving success up to Grade 4.

Vocational pathways were also opened, with high pass rates across GCSE Art, BTEC Home Cooking Skills and NCFE Coaching, ensuring students are equipped with valuable skills for the future.

Head of School Elliot Payne expressed his pride in the cohort’s achievements, saying: “We are incredibly proud of our students and the progress they have made. These results are a testament to their hard work and the dedication of staff who have guided them every step of the way.

“It is especially pleasing to see success across both academic and vocational pathways, ensuring that our young people leave The Bridge Academy ready to take their next steps with confidence.”

The Bridge Academy provides tailored learning for students across both primary and secondary phases, supporting children and young people to become ‘school-ready, work-ready and life-ready’.

A statement from the school said: “Today’s results reflect not just academic success, but also the personal growth and resilience of the young people involved.

“Staff at The Bridge Academy wish all students the very best as they move on to further education, training or apprenticeships.”

Exam Results advice

Waiting for and receiving your exam results can be an anxious time.

Young Minds, the UK’s leading charity fighting for children and young people’s mental health, offer advice for young people feeling anxious and nervous about your results.

Here are some top tips:

Congratulate yourself

Whether you get the results you expected or not, that’s OK. Try to celebrate what you have achieved, whether that’s academically or not – you’ve survived your exams and you deserve to be proud of that. Try to celebrate what you have achieved.

Consider your options

School isn’t the end of the world – you can do so much more, even if you don’t pass your exams. Education is everything, but education doesn’t stop at school; you can be educated on an apprenticeship and continue learning. You can do so much more – even if you don’t pass your exams.

Take it slow

Moving onto the next step is a very personal thing, so giving yourself time to breathe could give you a whole new perspective.

Try not to make decisions in the heat of the moment. Take as much time as you need to work out your next steps, and ask for help if you need it.

Take as much time as you need to work out your next steps.

Remember to de-stress

Despite the reassurance, sometimes the stress of the situation can get you down.

To overcome the stress, make sure to stay connected to your passions and use each stressful situation as a learning experience.
