The Arthur Terry School celebrates A Levels success for 2026

Arthur Terry A Levels 2026: The Arthur Terry School is proud to announce another year of excellent results and exciting destinations for students, as they celebrate receiving their A Level grades today.

This year’s hard-working Year 13s are now ready to step out into the worlds of higher education, jobs or apprenticeships.

Just some of the standout individual performances include:

  • Alfie Jephson, who successfully achieved 3 A*s in business studies, geography and maths, and has secured his place to study Geography with Business at the University of Nottingham. 
  • Isabelle Agbonlahor-Lane, who successfully earned 3 A*s in business, geography and psychology and has secured her place to study Psychology at the University of Liverpool. 
  • Gabriel Agbonlahor, who achieved 2 A*s in business and law, and an A in psychology. He has secured his place to study Law at the University of Manchester. 
  • Harry Chadwick, who achieved 2 A*s in business and maths and an A in geography. He has secured his place to study Accounting and Finance at the University of Bath. 
  • Umair Khan, who achieved 2 A*s in law and sociology, an A in history and has secured his place to study Law at the University of Birmingham. 
  • Thea Raj, who achieved an A* in psychology, a Distinction* in BTEC Sport and an A in sociology and has secured her place to study Education at the University of Birmingham. 
  • Millie Stanley, who earned an A* in biology, and 2 As in chemistry and spanish, and has secured her place to study Medicine at the University of Sheffield. 
  • Esme Archenhold, who earned 3 As in biology, chemistry and English, and has secured her place to study Medicinal and Biological Chemistry at the University of Nottingham. 
  • Olivia Hughes, who earned 3 As in biology, chemistry and sociology, and has secured her place to study Biomedical Sciences at the University of Liverpool. 

Daniel Whitehouse, Assistant Headteacher, said: 

“I’m so thrilled for our students. It’s amazing to see them achieve the outcomes that open up high-quality post-18 pathways. It’s been a real pleasure working with them.’’ 

Jo Fairclough, Headteacher at The Arthur Terry School, added: 

“We are incredibly proud of the achievements of our A-level students. There have been a number of challenges along the way this year which makes their achievements all the more impressive. We are particularly pleased to see even more students achieving A and A* grades.

“Their results reflect their hard work and resilience, alongside the commitment of our dedicated staff who have supported them. We wish all of our students every success as they take their next steps into university, apprenticeships and employment and have no doubt they will continue to achieve great things.”
